Please see below the latest edition to my familiy I would like everyone to say a big hello to "Buddy Junior". We went for a first run together last night and I can say that it really is love at first run. What an absolute pleasure it was to be out there with a new running partner. Really enjoyed last nights run and am looking forward to this weekend more than ever.

Your new outlook on life if a good one.
It is good too know that you have good friends that want to push you so that you can achieve these goals.
AND you do have one of the best people as your longest as best friend. Ray thinks the world of you.
You should be proud of yourself.
It sounds like you have been havinga rough trot, and i hope for you that you can start to see improvements and share those with those around you. More importantly, share with those close to you what needs improving....
It sounds great that linda is starting to join you in your training...it will be good for you both to be doing something healthy together. Will look forward to seeing you both run it out together.
